Application Process

  1. A prospective member may attend two meetings as a visitor. Please connect with our Membership Director upon your visits. After your second meeting, we ask that you fill out an application and submit a $100 application fee (cash or check payable to RI Wedding Group), which will be reviewed by our Board.

  2. The Board will then begin the review process and contact the member once that process is completed.

  3. Once all references and background checks have been completed, the applicant will be scheduled to present their business to the general membership at the next meeting.

  4. After the applicant’s presentation, an anonymous vote will be conducted by the general membership, and a majority yes will result in the applicant being accepted into the RI Wedding Group.
